Seva

Seva is literally ‘service’ or ‘selfless action’. Seva means serving others rather than focusing solely on our own wants and needs. The foundation of seva is love and devotion for the Father. This book explores the many different aspects and types of seva, and the need for harmony, self-discipline, and obedience; it illustrates helpful attitudes, the importance of listening and balance, and brings us to the most important seva of all -- meditation.
